[SUBW-A] Draft comments on the bushwalking activity adventure standards

Hi all,
I've attached my draft comments on the draft NSW Bushwalking AAS,
incorporating any comments I've received to date. Please let me know if you
feel there need to be any changes for a submission by our clubs.

Please note that while I use "we" in my comments, I don't presume to speak
for all of you, which is why I hope to get some comments!
