[SUBW-A] Waivers for trips involving abseiling or above the snow line

Dear all,
With many new members, it is probably a good to time to remind all trip
leaders that if your trip will involve abseiling, or will go above the snow
line, all participants must sign an additional waiver for each individual
activity. This is so that our insurance will cover us.

We are really lucky to have this insurance - most insurance policies would
exclude these activities no matter what, so an extra signature on the day is
not too much to ask!

Leaders - keep a few copies of these with your gear or in your car - they
can be signed on the day by all participants. You are placing yourself at
risk if you fail to do this.
