[SUBW-A] payments to Suboir (non-access card holders only)

Hi all,
If you have made a payment to Suboir in the past month, and have not yet
received a receipt, please send me an email, telling me:
- When you paid
- How you paid

While we appreciate nameless donations into our account, you would probably
prefer that the money you paid is attributed to you.

Remember if you're paying cash at a St George branch, you MUST email us
otherwise we have no way of knowing the money came from you.

If you're paying by bank transfer, likewise, you MUST include your name in
the comment field.
