[SUBW-A] Beginner canyoning weekend absolutely final details.

Hi All, sorry to send this to the whole list, but there are just too many
email adresses!

Small problem with the upcoming trip: You may have heard that our club has
not yet been aprooved by the federation of bushwalkers (they just keep
delaying our aplication), and as such, this means that we do not yet have
insurance in place for non-acess card holders. The trip will still be going
ahead, but I will be asking everyone to sign an insurance waiver saying that
they are willing to participate at their own risk and agree not to sue me or
anyone else on the trip.
I highly reccomend making sure that you have personal ambulance cover at
least, just in case. I will bring the waiver form along saturday for
everyone to read and sign. I hope you are all ok with this.

On the plus side, the weather for this weekend is looking great, two sunny
warm days! there will be the option of swimming and water jumps in deep pass
canyon, so bring some swimmers if you want to try them out ( I certainly
will be!)
Hardly anyone has pulled out of the trip, so I take that to mean you are all
keen to get out of the city and have some fun. NOTE TO DRIVERS: I will be
bringing an eski (icebox, Chillibin) for drinks and buying a bag of ice on
the way. If any of you want to copy me, feel welcome :)

Looking forward to a great weekend. See you all saturday morning bright and
early (7:30, north side of strathfield station) if you are going to be late,

And remember, NO BOOTS in the canyons. I am not joking about this.
