Here is another trip for the weekend of 29-30 November.

Beginners' Canyoning weekend.

An introduction to canyoning for those new to this activity.

Canyoning is the activity of walking, clambering, swimming and maybe
abseiling within  very narrow gorges in the Blue Mountains. On this weekend
we will select canyons appropriate to the level of experience in the group.
The canyons may involve abseiling and if necessary there will be opportunity
for new members to practise this technique before going into the canyon.

This trip will be held over two days. On the Saturday night we will enjoy
camping near the cars.

Provided you are generally fit and willing to get wet and try something new
and clamber through a gorge where there are wet rocks and pools of water and
a climb up a hill afterwards then this trip is open to all.
