Hi all,
Unfortunately, the trip is already full (with a HUGE group) but fear not, I
will run a similar weekend once it warms up a bit for those who missed out.
(there is an attached spreadsheet of those who are coming, plus a list below
of names)

If you are a beginner who is still desperately keen to come but are not on
the list, let me know and I will add you to a waiting list.

If you are on the list but can no longer come, tell me so I can give your
place to someone else.

If you are experienced at canyoning, have all your own gear, and just want
to come along and help out, please let me know, as i can squeeze a few more
instructors in :) (there are a few spare car spaces)

IMPORTANT INFO:

Please can everyone on the attached list reply to this email WITHOUT
changing the subject line to confirm your spot. If there are blank spaces or
question marks after your name it means I am missing details from you and
could you please include those in your reply. If you needed to borrow gear
and I have not marked it it the list, let me know (abseiling gear excepted).
Please try and find or borrow gear from friends first. There are alot of
people who asked for gear, and I am not sure if the club has enough for
everyone (especially sleeping bags and mats). You can buy a cheap foam
camping mat from kmart or rays outdoors.

IF you cannot open the attached file, let me know .

Can the people with cars please confirm the number of spots (extra spots,
besides themselves) they have available. NOTE: we will be driving on dirt
roads for some of the trip, but they are in reasonably good condition.

Once I have confirmation from everyone, I will send out another email with
car spots and more details. It is looking to be a fun trip. hope the weather
cooperates.

Feel free to email or call me with questions, but if you email, PLEASE just
hit reply to this one and dont change the subject line.

See you all soon,
Dave Lee
