[SUBW-A] 30-31 August beginners ski trip - Guthega pondage

Kick off spring with a weekend in the alpine backcountry! 30 & 31 
August, at the slopes near Guthega pondage. A chance to learn to ski in 
the backcountry without simultaneously carrying a pack.

Friday evening: Sleep at the Berridale Hilton.
Saturday: Pitch camp, play on the slopes. Possibly build igloo. Sleep on 
snow.
Sunday: Pack up camp, more playing on slopes. Possibly visit Illawong 
hut, depending on consensus. Return to Sydney that afternoon/evening.

Ski equipment available for hire in Cooma - choose whatever you want to 
practice on. I'll be practicing on my leather boots. Expected 
petrol/food/hire costs ~$100-150 for the weekend. Transport to be 
arranged according to participants' car availability. Get in touch with
