[SUBW-A] Easier way to join Suboir Inc

Dear all,

In our endeavour to make both your and our lives easier, we now have a web
form which you can fill out to apply for membership for Suboir Inc.

The form can be accessed at

Let me know if there are any problems with this form. If you don't like
filling out web forms, you are of course still welcome to email your
membership form to me.

If you have already emailed your application, thank you for your support,
and you don't need to fill out this form.

As before, please submit your membership application as soon as you can,
then we will email you payment details once our bank account has been set
up.
