 Hey All,
 
           My flatmate has a new job in Newcastle, so I'm after a mentally stable, trustworthy person who doesn't smoke preferably to share a 2br unit with me in Dulwich Hill. (It would help if you're outdoorsy & easygoing as well.)

Handy location, nice kitchen, internal laundry, BIR,  ~$145/wk + bond. Additional space in garage also.

 So if you're keen or know someone who might be, please get in contact or pass it on. (I'm there less than half the time usually which means you'd have the place to yourself more often than not.)
