[SUBW-A] 2-3 day walk mid-next week

Hi all,
 
I finally got myself a new bushwalking book and would like to try out some of the walks.
 
I'd like to do an overnight trip, unfortunately only free during weekdays (Oct 22-26).
 
There are two choices:
 
6-Foot Track (from Katoomba to Jenolan Caves) which is Easy-Medium graded, 45km, 3 days,
or
Howes Valley Creek - Macdonald River (Yengo National Park), Easy graded, 31km, 2-3 days
