[SUBW-A] Northern Blue Mountains Trip on 10-11 Nov

Here is a new trip for the programme:

DEPARTURE DATE: Friday evening, 9 Nov

RETURN DATE: Sunday evening, 11 Nov

DESTINATION: Northern Capertee Valley, about 3 and a half hours drive
northwest of Sydney.

In this walk I hope to explore a plateau area in the northern Capertee
valley, and include a climb of a prominent basalt peak in the area known as
Tayar Peak.

The trip will be mainly walking, we will carry our water, and will camp
overnight on the plateau, hopefully at a prominent location with fine views.
Depending on conditions, we may explore some small creek tributaries.

The nature of the trip is partly exploratory, and there is no track or
trail. Suitable for people who are familiar with walking off-track,
reasonably fit, and able to walk full days with overnight packs.
